The property is in a very quiet, newly built estate in Norden (one of the best places to live in Rochdale) with exceptionally nice and friendly neighbours. Ideal for a small family, I lived there for 9 months in 2006. Moved out after buying a house of my own. The landlady is very friendly, helpful and straight forward. The rent was reasonable and the quality of accommodation was very good. Within easy commute of Rochdale Infirmary, Royal Oldham Hospital and NMGH.
