It is right in the centre of Cheltenham on a quiet one-way street. 5 minutes walk from Cheltenham General Hospital and a 20 minute drive to Gloucester Royal Hospital (and if you are working there, please believe me you want to live in Cheltenham, Gloucester is awful and the hospital accommodation there is dreadful).
It is a Regency period flat (1st floor), with 15 foot ceilings, a MASSIVE sitting/dining room which has 3 floor-ceiling height windows and many period features. It's fully furnished to a very high standard (including pots, pans etc) and in extremely good nick. There is also a small terrace leading off the bedroom where you can eat breakfast in the sun or have a barbie
Should point out that it isn't my flat - I rent it from a private landlord (have lived here happily for 2 1/2 years) . He only has a couple of properties and we have had an extremely good business relationship. Has always responded very quickly if anything needed doing.
