Room available to rent in Beeston area of Nottingham to share with F2 Doctor. Good access to QMC, Nottingham City Hospital, Derby and Mansfield from Beeston. Im currently working in Mansfield. It's a very homely house, with most mod cons, a front and back garden, garage etc. The rooms are fully furnished and have broadband internet connection. There's a lounge, kitchen/diner, hallway and a (newly re-furbished!) bathroom with a separate toilet.The rent for the room available is £290 per month. The room has a single bed, desk with plenty of drawer space, wardrobe and bedside table. Although it currently has a single bed in it, my previous housemate managed to fit a double bed in there quite easily, so if you wanted to supply your own double bed, it's possible to do that! The room has recently been redecorated. The rent includes water rates and then we divide council tax, bills, internet etc between us. I have a cat, so am looking for someone who doesn't mind animals! The room is available from around mid Jan time, but I can be flexible with tht if people want to move in sooner or later.
