Our houseshare is on a quiet crescent in Edgbaston, away from the main rental area. Recently refurbished to the highest standard in a modern and contemporary style. Close to City Hospital, (you can walk it), the Jewellery Quarter and about 2 miles from the city with brilliant bus links at the end of the street.

Your bedroom is important so we offer as much as we can to make your room as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Double bed, bedside cabinet, bookcase, bedside lamp, picture shelf, desk, chair, WIFI, hard wired internet, TV point, USB charging points, even a hat and coat stand. Your ensuite looks like it would be at home in a hotel, it sparkles and has a great shower!

We know everyone likes open plan living so your large kitchen/lounge is fully kitted out (right down to a garlic press!) with everything you need. Add a 42” Smart TV (just logon with your Netflix account), a couple of sofas, a glass or two of something nice and you are set for the evening. Our two cleaners come once a week to make sure everything remains looking good!

Outside there is a well-kept garden looked after by our gardener Dave, great for summer BBQ’s and has lockable cycle storage. Bring on the sunshine!(Seems a long way away!)

There is a Costcutter and Lidl within easy walking distance, and a couple of big Tesco’s on the way into the City.

If you like your fitness, you can cycle into the City for work or pleasure down the canal towpaths avoiding the main roads, right into Brindley Place and the Mailbox. Alternatively jog around the park or the reservoir on a summer’s evening (or join the sailing club… who would have thought in the middle of Birmingham!)

All bills are included (Virgin Broadband WiFi, utility bills, cleaner to communal areas, gardener, council tax).
