I have lived in this house for 8 years and it is ideally located for University Hospital Birmingham (Queen Elizabeth), which is 5 minutes by car but about the same by bicycle and is a 15 minute walk away. Birmingham Medical school is next door to the hospital. Birmingham City Hospital is only 10 minutes away, and Birmingham Childrens hospital and Sandwell hospital are also easily commutable from this location. I have also commuted to Dudley, Heartlands, Wolverhampton and Walsall Hospital from this house.]
Will be moving to Brighton London for two years in September, so would ideally like to rent out the larger room to a responsible Doctor for £550 / month including council tax but excluding bills. I would occasionally use the second room at weekends (about once every 8-10 weeks) but the house would be essentially yours, so ideal for a couple.
Large bedroom is available immediately (July 2018 if needed), I am moving out in August.
